Whether you are a new licensee or an experienced agent, our goal is for you to become a real estate champion. If you are considering a career in real estate, you must complete 96 hours of pre-licensing education and then sit for the Kentucky state exam. There are many venues for completing these 96 hours, one of which is taking 60 hours on-line through the Kentucky Association of Realtors,
